At the helm of the kitchen, Lana infuses all her energy, creativity, and exacting standards into every dish. Trained in prestigious establishments and passionate about seasonal produce, she loves to elevate the simplicity of market fare through bold combinations and precise flavors. Surrounded by her team, she creates a dynamic menu that evolves with the arrival of fresh ingredients and the chef's inspiration, with a single ambition: to offer every guest a truly delightful experience.

Her journey

After a memorable stint at Lasai in Rio de Janeiro (2 Michelin stars), followed by a period with Anne-Sophie Pic in Lausanne (2 Michelin stars), Lana participated in the opening of the Fogo restaurant in Paris. Driven by a desire to take on new challenges, she joined Cena, where she now brings all her expertise and culinary sensibility to the service of our clients.
