At the helm of the kitchen, Lana pours her energy, creativity, and uncompromising standards into every dish. Trained in fine dining and driven by a passion for seasonal produce, she delights in elevating simple market ingredients with bold pairings and precise flavors. Together with her team, she crafts a vibrant menu that evolves with the seasons and their inspirations, all with the single goal of offering every guest a truly memorable experience.
Her journey
After a memorable experience at Lasai in Rio de Janeiro (2 Michelin stars) and at Anne-Sophie Pic in Lausanne (2 Michelin stars), Lana contributed to the opening of Fogo in Paris. Driven by a constant desire for new challenges, she has now joined us at Cena, where she brings her expertise and culinary sensitivity to every guest’s experience.
